Cancellation Policy

Before dispatch

You may be able to cancel an order from your account if the seller has not yet confirmed or dispatched it. Cancellation windows vary by seller and product.

After dispatch

Once an order is out for delivery, cancellation may no longer be available. You may still have return options under our Returns & Refunds policy where applicable.

Refunds for cancellations

If a cancellation is approved, a refund is issued according to the original payment method and processing times of your bank or wallet provider.
